The S14 Long Term Multi-Task spreadsheets allow you to assign up to 3 daily tasks per employee for up to one year.

These spreadsheets are favored by businesses where employees need to visit several clients or perform several tasks each day.

You simply specify the task names, specify how many people need to be assigned to the task each day of the week, indicate which employees are qualified to perform each task, and then assign tasks to employees from the drop-down menu of tasks for which the employee is qualified to perform. The spreadsheet keeps track of the task assignments so you can see when all of the daily tasks have been assigned.

You can assign up to three daily tasks to each employee and the spreadsheet will display task assignments and statistics about the number of times each task has been assigned to each employee. Weekly calendars as well as long-term individual schedules and long-term task schedules are created by the program.

The Long-Term Multi-Task spreadsheets come in sizes to schedule 20, 40, 60 and 80 employees to 50, 100, 150 and 200 tasks. The 20 and 40 employee versions can schedule up to 52 weeks. Another version of the 40 employee scheduler, and the 60 employee scheduler can create schedules for up to 26 weeks. The 80 employee scheduler can create 13 week schedules.

Task Scheduler 60-150-26 allows you to assign 150 daily tasks to 60 employees for 6 months with up to three tasks per person per day. You specify which tasks each employee is qualified to perform and then specify the number of people (up to 5) you need assigned to each task each day of the week. You then proceed to assign people to the daily tasks for up to one year. Statistics are gathered by the program to summarize the number of times during the year each person has been assigned to each task. Individual schedules, task schedules and calendars are produced to show task assignments.
